Information on product availability is provided at the time of order. Since this information comes directly from suppliers and depends on raw material availability, manufacturing, and shipping times, errors or changes may occur after the order is placed.
In the event of a major change in the availability of one or more items in your order, our team will inform you by phone or email as soon as possible and propose the following non-exhaustive solutions:
- Exchange of item(s)
- Extended waiting time without compensation
- Order cancellation of unavailable item(s) with a credit note valid for one year (renewable) and usable on the website www.vincent-et-mireille.com

ARTICLE 5. [DELIVERY]
5.1. General delivery terms
Products ordered from Manufacture de Confection Le Laboureur can be delivered within mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, and the European Union.
- Delays shown on the product page refer to average processing and shipping times
- Delays shown on the "delivery times and costs" page refer to average shipping times, which are added to processing times
Orders are shipped to:
- The delivery address registered in your customer account and indicated during the order process (for home delivery)
- The pickup point chosen during the order process (for Pickup Point deliveries)
When a single order contains several items with different shipping times, the complete order will be based on the longest delay. Manufacture de Confection Le Laboureur may, however, split shipments. In this case, shipping fees will only be charged once.
Orders can also be shipped outside the European Union. In such cases, customs duties and taxes may apply. Manufacture de Confection Le Laboureur cannot estimate or cover these fees, which remain the recipient’s responsibility.
In case of shipping delays, an email will be sent. As long as the order has not been shipped, you may cancel it and request a refund.
5.2. Delivery issues
Deliveries requiring a signature provide better assurance to the recipient than deliveries without signature.
At delivery, it is the client’s responsibility to check with the delivery agent that the order has not been damaged before signing the delivery note. Any issues must be noted in detail on the delivery note, then dated and signed.
If errors or damage occur, the client must refuse the product and notify Manufacture de Confection Le Laboureur within three (3) days by email (contact@vincent-et-mireille.com) with order number, affected products, and reason for refusal.

Delivery fees are shown at checkout for shipments within mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco.
