Just like the Camargue stretch moleskin pants, these heavy moleskin Camargue pants feature a typical cut, slightly flared at the bottom of the legs. In addition to being a heritage from past traditions, this typical cut of Vincent et Mireille pants allows riders to easily slip their boots under the pants.

A highly durable fabric for work in the manades

These Vincent et Mireille Camargue pants are renowned for their durability. This is first the result of specific stitching at the crotch, but it is also strongly linked to the choice of material. Indeed, to craft these Camargue pants, we use heavy moleskin fabric of 420 g/m², made of 67% cotton and 33% polyester. Polyester, in addition to providing greater durability than a 100% cotton fabric, also helps maintain the pants’ colors for longer.

The making of traditional Camargue pants

These Camargue men’s pants (also suitable for unisex use) are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, reflecting our commitment to tradition. At the front, they feature two “vilette” pockets. At the back, a welt pocket on the right closes with a button. A waistband with 5 loops completes the pants. The fly is button-fastened. Finally, as tradition dictates, black piping is incorporated along the side seams of the legs, affirming the origins of this emblematic garment of Camargue and its gardians.
