1. My account

To create a Vincent et Mireille account, go to www.vincent-et-mireille.com and click on the "My Account" icon at the top right of your screen. Then click on “Register” and follow the steps until your account is validated.

To update your personal information, simply go to your customer area and click on the "Profile information" section.

You can access the personal data stored about you by going to your customer area and clicking on the "My personal data" section. You can download your data in CSV or PDF format.

You can also request modification or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via our contact form.

Your past orders are available in the “Orders” section of your customer account.

Click on “Forgot password” on the login page, then enter your email address. You will receive a link to create a new password.

If you want to change your password, go to the “Profile information” section in your customer account.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter you receive.

2. My order

You can find our sizing advice in the “Size guide” tab on each product page.

You can pay for your order using:

  • Bank card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other credit cards. The card is charged at the time of the order.
  • Bank cheque: it must be issued by a bank domiciled in mainland France or Monaco. The cheque will be cashed upon receipt. It should be sent to La Manufacture de Confection Le Laboureur, 6 B Rue des Chantiers, 71160 Digoin, France. The payee is La Manufacture de Confection Le Laboureur.
  • Bank transfer: this payment solution is reserved for professionals, please contact us by email to validate this method at: contact@vincent-et-mireille.com

To use your discount code, go to your customer area and click on the "Discounts" section. Copy your code, add the item you wish to purchase to your cart, then paste the code in the designated field before validating your cart.

Please note that some codes are not cumulative.

Check that the validity date of your discount code has not expired and enter the code without spaces.

To use your credit note, go to your customer area, click on the “Credits” section, copy the code provided, add the desired item to your cart, then paste the code in the cart validation step.

If all items are in stock at the time of payment, shipping is done within 24 to 48 working hours. Please note there are no shipments on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

3. Delivery

Two delivery methods are available:

  • Home delivery
  • Pickup point delivery in mainland France

Applicable delivery fees:

  • Pickup point in mainland France: €7
  • Home delivery in mainland France: €9
  • Delivery within the European Union: €15
  • Delivery outside the European Union: €50

Delivery times vary depending on the method chosen, generally between 48h and 72h (working days) depending on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow your parcel on the carrier’s website.

Your tracking number is also available in the “Orders” section of your customer account.

You have 9 days to collect your order once it has arrived at the Pickup point.

4. Returns

For all questions regarding returns, please consult our Return Policy.

5. Products

On each product page, we specify the fabric origin and country of manufacture. Scroll to the “Product description” section for these details.

Our products are made in the following countries:

  • France: Some Vincent et Mireille garments are 100% made in France, in our Digoin workshop. This includes women’s and children’s gardian waistcoats, gardian culottes and children’s trousers. These technical pieces require precision, which is why we continue to manufacture them in France.
  • Tunisia: We have been working with Tunisia for over 30 years. Our historic partner follows our quality standards, using our fabrics and accessories, ensuring equal quality to our French workshop.

On the product page, click “Notify me when available” and enter your email address. You will receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock.
