Return policy

Vincent et Mireille allows you to return products from your order within 30 days of receipt. Several reasons may justify a return; this page details our return policy and the procedure to follow so everything runs smoothly for both you and us.

How are return fees handled?

Return fees

Return fees correspond to the shipping costs for sending products back from your local post office to our company.

Return fees are at your expense.

Exceptions: Vincent et Mireille covers the return costs if there is an error in order preparation (wrong color or size) or if the product is defective. The defective nature must be confirmed by our customer service, so the return is not immediate.

New shipping costs

If you request an exchange, the new shipping costs correspond to the delivery from our company to your address.

For exchanges, these new shipping costs are covered by us.

Thus, the shipping costs for an exchange are shared: you cover the return costs, while Vincent et Mireille covers the shipping of the exchanged product.

Refund case

For refunds, return costs are always at your expense. However, if you paid shipping fees when placing your order, they will be fully refunded upon receipt of the product (provided it complies with our return conditions).

What are the return conditions?

We accept returns as long as the product is in a condition that allows resale (unless the return concerns a defective product, which must be confirmed by our customer service). If the product does not meet this criterion, we cannot accept it. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

After this period, requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but may be refused.

To ensure your return is accepted, please:

  • Do not wear the product other than for fitting.
  • Do not soil the product (stains, pet hair, odors from cooking, smoke, etc.).
  • Do not wash the product.
  • Keep the tags and original packaging.

This list is not exhaustive; simply take good care of the product.

Returns are not accepted if:

  • You live outside Mainland France.
  • The return concerns non-exchangeable products (underwear).
  • The return request is made more than 30 days after receipt of your order.

What is the return procedure?

Step 1

Go to your customer account by clicking on "My account".

Step 2

Click on "Orders" to see your order history.

Step 3

Click on the order concerned by the exchange or return.

Step 4

If the order is eligible for exchange or return, go to the "Create a return for your order" section.

Step 5

Select the products you wish to exchange or return.

Step 6

Specify the reason for the return (please add any additional information that may help us better understand your request).

Step 7

Select what you would like in exchange for the return:

  • A voucher (Return costs at your expense except in case of product defect or order error. New shipping costs covered by us.)
  • A refund (Return costs at your expense.)
  • Other (Your return requires manual verification, please wait for our instructions after validating your return).

Step 8

Validate your return request by clicking "Confirm return request".

Step 9

Your return request and its status will be available in the "Product returns" section of your account.

Step 10

Once your return request is accepted and its status shows "Awaiting parcel", please download the return form and insert it inside your package.

Step 11

Go to your local post office or Mondial Relay website and send the parcel to the following address:

Once we receive your parcel, we will proceed with the refund or create your voucher and notify you by email.

How long does a return take?

In general, a return takes less than two weeks, from the time of your request to the reception of your parcel and the shipping of the new product.

If you send the parcel quickly, the process may be reduced to one week.

Please note that this timeframe may be longer if you request an exchange for a size that is not in stock.

How does the refund work?

In case of a refund request, return fees are always at your expense, but if you paid shipping fees when placing your order, they will be fully refunded upon receipt of the product (provided it complies with our return conditions). Once the product is received and meets our requirements, a refund in euros will be made via the payment method used, within 15 days.
